They are attentive to your needs as a client, they are readily available and breakdown the details of your loan and mortgage, and seem to have your best interests in mind. As promised, Jack reached out once mortgage rates decreased and helped to lock in a more reasonable rate with a refi.

Five stars truly aren’t enough for Jennifer at CML. Simply stated, she takes the stress out of the whole process of taking out or refinancing a mortgage. She has helped us multiple times over the past 10 years, and I know she always has our back. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients, and I can’t imagine trying to buy a home without her reassuring guidance. As I see it, CML maintains high standards for their clients, and Jennifer Gleason takes it to the next level. Without hesitation I recommend her to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about CML. Paul, Elizabeth and Melissa are so great to work with. I just completed my 4th refinance with CML and I am so happy to do business with them. They are the only lender that I know of that will not charge you any closing fees. I had a couple of bad experiences in the past and this is why CML will always be my lender.
